In person. Facility Membership required. Members only. The first half of this class will incorporate a series of standing activities, combining balance and other neuromotor drills with low-impact aerobic movements that are done in place. A chair will be available for additional support. After a break – halftime – the class will transition to strength exercises using hand-held weights and elastic tubing with handles. Strength exercises can be done seated or standing and are designed to be a manageable and complete strength training experience for our senior members.
