Led by a WellWorks personal trainer, will guide participants through the facility, familiarizing them with the layout and equipment. Attendees will learn how to use various machines safely and effectively, while also receiving tips on proper form and technique. The trainer will discuss the importance of different types of workouts and provide insights into creating personalized fitness goals. Participants will leave feeling confident and ready to make the most of their fitness journey.
