The Division of Diversity and Inclusion seeks proposals for programs, projects, and experiences that contribute to the university’s Inclusive Excellence Strategic Priorities. Faculty and staff are invited to submit applications for up to $5000 to support implementation. Applications are due by midnight on December 18. 2024. Faculty/staff will be notified of approval status by January 15, 2025. Implementation of funded programs, project, and experience should occur by June 25, 2025.
Application Information
- Desired outcomes of proposed program, project, or experience should directly align with one of the 3 inclusive excellence strategic priorities.
- Improve inclusion and connection across OHIO’s campus communities.
- Expand curricular, cocurricular, and extra-curricular learning experiences.
- Maximize inclusive excellence outreach, engagement, and support for faculty and staff.
- Faculty and staff are recommended to submit proposals that collaborate across divisions, colleges, offices, and/or departments.
- Faculty and staff are recommended to submit applications that build upon, expand, or add to existing programs, projects, and experiences.
- Faculty and staff applicants are recommended to seek matching funding from their home college, department, office, etc.
- Applicants should be prepared to include:
- Detailed description of the proposed program, project, or experience.
- Explanation of how proposal will contribute to the Inclusive Excellence Strategic Priorities.
- Breakdown of expected expenses.
- Plan for assessing the proposed outcomes.
