At the Russ College, we offer graduate education in biomedical engineering through cross-disciplinary collaboration with faculty from our partners in the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, the College of Health Sciences and Professions, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Edison Biotechnology Institute.

4+1 Option
At the undergraduate level, we participate in a unique 4+1 option, allowing you to earn your B.S. in an engineering discipline and your M.S. in biomedical engineering in just five years. Some of our courses are also open to qualifying undergraduate engineering and life sciences majors to earn a certificate in bioinformatics, in preparation for a career in managing, analyzing, and applying biological data.

M.S. Program
Our master’s degree program will prepare you for further study or advanced industry work in an area of interest to you within the realms of cellular and biomolecular engineering, biomaterials, or biomedical information processing.
