The Institute for Corrosion and Multiphase Technology hosts a variety of research projects, from our longstanding Corrosion Center Joint Industry Project to more targeted, short-range investigations for strategic industry partners.
Individual project duration averages one to three years. As certain projects terminate, others are generated. All projects are conducted by graduate students and supervised by project leaders under the direction of the Institute Director Srdjan Nesic. Projects are integrated into students’ M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. The program is guided by the Institute’s advisory board, comprising of industry representatives from sponsoring companies.
