Leadership Workshop

The 2nd annual RLI leadership workshop is back. Join us for a three-night leadership workshop where you will develop essential leadership skills such as decision making, time management, and artful listening through interactive mini-activities. Enhance your abilities to lead effectively and make new connections in the process! Each day will have multiple activities to choose from led by current members of the Robe Leadership Institute. Come for any number of nights you want, and have a chance to win prizes such as coffee vouchers and OU merchandise.

  • Management vs leading  (7:15pm - 7:45pm) 
    • Learn how to lead rather than just manage
  • Decision-making(7:15pm - 7:45pm)
  • Lifelong learning  (7:45pm - 8:15pm)
    • Make learning a habit even after graduation
  • Thinking gray (7:45pm - 8:15pm)
    • Learn how to gather all of the necessary information about a topic before making a decision and recognize nuance in different perspectives

    • Develop strategies for brainstorming, and allowing ideas to form without immediate judgement or restriction

  • Media consumption literacy (7:45pm - 8:15pm)
    • Recognize media bias and make the most of interacting with media such as news
  • Being detail-oriented (8:15pm - 8:45pm)
