The Russ College goes beyond technical education to produce meta-engineers and -technologists who are poised for leadership and aware of their influence on the world around them. Unique to the Russ College, Russ Vision Funds are available to support students as they pursue activities beyond the classroom that will develop their meta-engineering and technology skills.
These activities might be:
- Undergraduate research with a faculty member
- An individual student or student organization’s attendance at a national conference, to network with other chapters and employers and professionals, or present a research paper
- Support for a competition team learn from putting their technical skills into practice, succeeding and sometimes failing (Use the Russ Vision Competition Participation Fund links provided below to learn about the application guidelines)
- Leadership activities such as professional development
