You may receive a letter from OPERS regarding larger than usual earnings reported to OPERS by the university. This is due to the refund of the fiscal year 2021 furlough salary reductions. When actions such as this are taken, OPERS requests additional information for each individual impacted, and the information must be submitted by University Human Resources (UHR) individually via a manual process. UHR is working through the requests from OPERS and appreciates your patience as we work to update your record. No individual action is required from employees as we work to fulfill the request.
