Our Mission
Promote the prevention and intervention of chronic lifestyle-related diseases through the implementation of healthy lifestyle changes. The components of a healthy lifestyle we focus on include nutrition, exercise and stress management.

We are committed to educating students and community members about the transformative power of the pillars of lifestyle medicine. By hosting engaging and educational activities held multiple times a semester, we aim to create a platform that empowers individuals to adopt and embrace healthier lifestyle choices.
Tentative Schedule for 2024-2025
We have plans to invite various physicians to host talks on the importance of stress management, mental health, and ways to implement changes in our daily life to improve our health and wellness. We plan on partnering with other student organizations to hold yoga classes on campus, go on hikes, and will be hosting plant-based cooking demonstrations. We also plan to once again have a fun station based workout class at the rec center.
