Building Hours and Badge Access

Heritage Hall Building Hours

Athens campus Heritage Hall is open to the public Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, and is closed Saturday & Sunday. The following areas are accessible without a badge while the building is open:

• All lobbies, restrooms, ALC's, LRC, study spaces, student lounge, locker rooms and administrative wings
• First-floor admissions lobby, open Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm
• First- floor café - open 7 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday. The café opens the first day of fall classes each year and closes over the summer. 

Campus Security

Ohio University Police Department is a full service police agency that serves the campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. OUPD is responsible for enforcement of criminal laws, all investigations occurring on campus, and issuing timely warnings of crimes that pose a threat to students and employees.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting room schedules can be viewed through Catmail. Click on the small box in the upper left hand corner, select "All apps," then "Calendar." Click on "Add calendar" at the top; select from the directory. In the search box from the directory, type the building name and room number you want to check availability for. A Student Event Room Scheduling Request Form must be filled out for all college events that involve students.
