Please reserve space on your calendars for the next round of TeamDynamix training. Invitations will be sent via Outlook once the list of required attendees is finalized. Similar to ticketing training, you only need to attend one session per module, and sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend. More details on the new processes established in conjunction with these modules will be shared via future IT Weekly articles prior to the live training.
Problem management training:
- Friday, November 5 9:30-10:30 a.m.
- Monday, November 8 1-2 p.m.
Asset management training:
- Thursday, December 2 3-4 p.m.
- Monday, December 6 1-2 p.m.
Knowledge management and service catalog training will be scheduled at a later date.
