The first launch date of the IT service management enhancement project is coming soon, which means it’s time for training. Change enablement will launch on June 7, followed by ticketing and the client hub internal launch on July 12 and a campus launch on July 26.
If you participate in the change enablement process, you will be invited to the following training activities:
- Asynchronous video introduction to TDX the week of May 24
- Live training sessions with the vendor the following week (attend one session):
- Tuesday, June 1 from 1-2 p.m.
- Thursday, June 3 from 9-10 a.m.
Training for ticketing and the client hub will begin June 28 and follow a similar format, with asynchronous videos followed by live training opportunities with the vendor. Sessions will be recorded for anyone out of the office, as well as future employee onboarding.
Training dates for phase 2 modules will be released at a later date, as timelines are being adjusted. Please refer to the May 7 IT Weekly article for a summary of project changes.
