She will explain how different views on mental health can make it difficult to get the right help. You’ll learn about these issues and discover ways to better support each other.
Melody Moezzi will share personal stories and explore the barriers and biases faced by those seeking mental health treatment. She will highlight societal and cross-cultural stigmas, as well as the complexities of mental health conditions and treatments. Attendees will gain valuable insights into overcoming these obstacles and fostering a more inclusive approach to mental health care.
