Step-By-Step Enrollment Guide

Step 1: Apply for Admission

Complete the Ohio University regional campus application for admission online at ohio.edu/apply and submit the $20 application fee. Be sure to apply by the December 1 priority deadline to receive best consideration for OHIO regional campus scholarships.

Step 2: Send Transcripts

In addition to your application and $20 fee, you must have an official transcript submitted by your high school and any previously attended colleges or universities. These items can be submitted electronically to admissions@ohio.edu or mailed to:

Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid

Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) gives you access to the largest source of aid - federal student aid - along with state and institutional aid. Visit studentaid.gov to complete your FAFSA and be sure to list the Federal School Code for all OHIO campuses you are considering.

Step 4: Activate Your  OHIO ID

Activate your OHIO ID at account.ohio.edu to track the status of your application and see items on your To Do list in the MyOHIO Student Center. Your birth date and personal identification (PID) number are all you need! Your PID is provided in your application acknowledgment letter. Contact Undergraduate Admissions if you need help locating it.

Step 5: Schedule Advising & Registration

Once admission has been finalized, you will be notified by email of dates and processes for academic advising and course registration. You'll also receive your invitation for Bobcat Blitz!
