New Eligibility Category for
Rehabilitation Counseling Educators!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

CRCC has instituted a new CRC Exam eligibility category specifically for
Educators
working in Rehabilitation Counselor Education Programs. Under the new Category
J
criteria, Educators with a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling or
Rehabilitation
Counseling can sit for the CRC Exam, providing they meet the additional
coursework
and employment requirements as detailed on pages 7 and 8 of the CRC
Certification 
Guide.

Category J is in effect beginning with the October 2010 CRC Examination.
Application
packets for this exam cycle must be completed and submitted to CRCC by May
15,2010.
Application instructions and forms are easily accessible from the CRCC website,

educators
to attain their certification underscores their core knowledge and their strong
