The following survey is for doctoral-level students currently enrolled in counseling doctoral programs. This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. This online survey is to study doctoral students' research training experiences. The research results may provide counseling doctoral students and counselor educators' insights into research training and supervision. In addition, benefits may include insights of a better understanding of students personal training experiences associated with their research training environment, researcher identity formation, and research activity. At any time, you will NOT be asked to record your NAME or INSTITUTION, and all information you provide in written disclosures will be kept in strict confidence. Anonymity will be maintained through encrypted Internet addresses. Exceptions to the duty of confidentiality may occur, for instance, because of limitation in internet online research. However, all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid any and all breaches of confidentiality. In addition, there is no known risk in this research. You are free to refuse to participate or to withdraw your consent to participate in this research at any point without any penalty or negative consequences to which you are otherwise entitled.
