Minimum / Required Qualifications Education: Earned doctorate in Counseling, Career Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling or a closely related field, or doctorate to be completed by August 2014. Special Knowledge and Abilities, and Experience: Eligibility for Rehabilitation Counselor Certification required. Experience working as a Career Counselor and/ or Rehabilitation Counselor with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities. Specialized knowledge related to career counseling theories and career and vocational assessments. Knowledge of job search and placement strategies.
