I called the ServiceDesk at OU and got help from a student called Phil. He was able to stay with me during the whole process that took more than half an hour to set up. Finally I am in AZURE. Microsoft Azure MFA offers a more user-friendly experience than DUO, and the option to "Remember Me" for 90 days instead of 30 days. All OHIO emeriti with active OHIO accounts will be required to enroll in Azure by Jan. 31, 2023. If you do not enroll in Azure MFA prior to Jan. 31, 2023, you will be prompted to enroll the first time you attempt to access any online application that requires an OHIO login. If by Feb. 28, 2023, you have still not enrolled, we will assume your account is no longer in use and it will be frozen. You will need your smartphone and computer to enroll in Azure.
