Learning Technologies to manage the organization's Saba-based learning
management system (LMS), serving 15,000+ users and to lead the growth and
development of the LMS.    This position is located in New York City.

2. Director, eLearning Development

DCAS seeks to hire a Director of eLearning Development to oversee the
conceptualization and design of the technical infrastructure required to
deliver eLearning content.  Develop/deliver distance and classroom
web-based training programs; Create interactive multi-media training
