Human side will be forgotten 3. Morale and work environment could be poor Relations-oriented- (Human resource lens) Natural system Intersection at transformational leadership and at idiographic systems (individual needs) Contingent rewards intersection (rewards/incentives) Challenges= 1. If you are too relationship oriented then it could lead to lack of expectations 2. Not meeting/having clear expectations 3. If your continuously offering incentives then it will diminish intrinsic motivation Change oriented-- (all 4 lenses must intersect in order to have success with long-term change) Intersection with Transformational Challenges--1. Culture pulling back (getting the bottom to commit)--adaptation 2. People giving up because of the difficulty of maintaining change. 3.
