Ashton Miller, Saretta Jackson, Dustin Tyler Reward power- The ability to give employees a reward for doing the things that you want. You should not use reward power for expected behaviors. Stakeholders should be intrinsically motivated to do their jobs without rewards. It should be used to build motivation and give stakeholders more of a reason to work hard towards additional goals.
