FURTHER SOUTHEAST ALONG THE TRACK OF THE STORM...A STRONG
DOWNBURST WAS CONFIRMED. NEAR THE PLAINS...WINDS AROUND 100 MPH.
NEAR ATHENS ITSELF...WINDS 80 TO 100 MPH.
