Alden Library provides items to help you with your multimedia/technology needs. From microphones to portable chargers, we offer a wide variety of equipment is available for use in and out of the Library. Ohio University students, faculty, and staff are eligible to borrow these items from our 2nd-floor service desk.
Laptops
The Libraries' loaner laptops are now available through the OHIO IT Student Laptop Loan Program. Laptops are available at the Alden Library 4th Floor Desk.
Ohio University's Student Laptop Loan Program is designed to support student success by eliminating financial barriers and providing access to essential resources. The program provides loaner laptops to students in need on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Loaned laptops are provided for short-term needs, but no longer than the end of the semester. Loans may be renewed, but are not guaranteed based on availability.
This program is available while supplies last.
