Tuition

Nursing courses and other required online courses for which students in the online RN to BSN program may exclusively enroll are offered at a fix tuition rate by credit hour.

Online tuition rates

Additional courses also may be taken at Ohio University for credit in this program. The tuition rate may differ for some classes. Students should check with their School of Nursing advisor before registering for classes that are not listed on the RN to BSN course offerings page, which is made available each term on the RN to BSN Knowledge Center website .

Many general courses needed to earn a BSN were completed during your associate degree or diploma nursing education and will transfer to Ohio University to apply to the hours required to earn a bachelor's degree. However, if you still need additional support and general education course credit to meet requirements, you can earn those credits in three ways:

  • Complete courses at Ohio University:
    • Through traditional face-to-face courses at an Ohio University campus
    • Online
  • Complete courses at another college and transfer credit to Ohio University
