    Since 2000, the Voinovich School has conducted an annual satisfaction survey for the Ohio E-Check vehicle emissions testing program. Currently, Ohio EPA requires vehicles registered in 7 northern counties to undergo emissions testing as a condition of registration and this survey asks motorists about their experiences with the testing process.
