Ohio University Leadership and Public Affairs Advisory Committee

In 1985, Ohio University began recognizing outstanding achievements in state service of Ohio University alumni and friends with an annual Outstanding State Government Alumnus Award . 

The  Ohio University Leadership and Public Affairs Advisory Committee was born out of these awardees and has grown to be an invaluable resource to help Ohio University achieve its public affairs mission. Ohio University is proud to have such distinguished partners, who continue to bring honor to our University.
