"Autographed letter signed. Marietta, D. Loring to Capt. Samuel Frost, Framingham, Massachusetts. 2 letters [on connected paper], The Connecticut Land Company and the Military Lands are being surveyed and will attract buyers, with no immediate chance of selling any considerable quantity of the Ohio Lands at any price. He does not advocate the opening of a land office at present. Letter 2 concerns the payment of taxes. Taxes are 25 cents per acres of 3rd quality land." - from dealer listing
