German Pen Pal, 1930-1931
Scope and Content
The collection was donated by Orson Knisely (OK) and Bernice Varner Knisely (BVK)'s daughter, Barbara Gaeddert, who had summarized and indexed the materials. The materials are separated by author and then organized chronologically. This is a supplement to the Orson Knisely and Bernice Varner Collection, which mainly contains letters. This collection gives biographical information about the two and provides a context for the letters. There are newspaper clippings, event programs, music, essays, and greeting cards in the folders.
