This is a 5v5 basketball tournament for teams to get warmed up and play together before the spring 1 intramural league begins. Teams do not need to be signed up for the spring 1 league in order to register for this tournament. There will be a round-robin set of games on Saturday, Jan 21  followed by bracket play on Sunday, Jan. 22, where a champion will be crowned. The tournament also is linked to the Region III Basketball Officials Workshop and will have officials visiting from across the region to sharpen their skills before their seasons begin.
