Participants will explore methods for streamlining grading workflows while maintaining accuracy and fairness. The session will cover techniques such as using rubrics, automating portions of assessments with online tools, and integrating AI-assisted grading for exams and assignments. Special focus will be given to balancing speed with providing meaningful feedback, managing multiple graders, and addressing common challenges like academic integrity. This interactive session will offer practical insights for maintaining grading efficiency without sacrificing student learning outcomes.
