The are three main areas of material processing. Domestic, International, and International (Post Admission). Below is an overview of the Domestic tabs and processes.
Holds: Transcripts that need reviewed to release potential holds.
New Apps: tanscripts that need reviewed for new domestic applications for Active terms.
Final: final officail transcripts that need reviewed.
Additional Transcripts: new transcripts that have arrived after an application has been submitted that have not yet been reviewed.
Wiley: Transcripts and Letters of Recommendations submitted by Wiley that need reviewed and processed.
Flagged: Documents flagged by the international team that require help from the domestic team to process. Letters of Recommendation waive requests from faculty/staff are also processed in this tab.
Add. Mats: a special field area for when custom additional material requests are made on the student record that don't fall into a typical transcipt or material category.
Intl Dom mats: International applications with domestic materials that require processing.

Eval by Country: Transcripts specfic to countries with standardized processes and GPA translations built, such as Ghana.
Flagged: Documents flagged by the domestic team that require help from the International team to process.

Third Party Evals: Applications thathave received a material type of International Credential Evaluation - Official, and require review and the manual checking off of any school related checklist items.
Below is an overview of the International (Post-Admission) tabs and processes. This tab is separated out from the other area, as the Director of International Student Services (Andrew Ray) reviews these.

To process a material select the applicant'snamein the portal and you will be taken to their material dashboard. There is a filter option at the bottom of the material page, which allows users to filter by materials still requiring processing.
To process the transcript or document, select thematerialand then select theeditbutton.
This will display the documents in a viewer screen, with a form on the right hand navigation, which should be filled out according to business processes. It is important to switch transcripts to "processed" to see the correct form. After filling out the required fields, selectsaveand the document will be processed.
The international section of the “Material Processing” portal has been redesigned to operate in tandem with the International Credential Evaluation workflow, by allowing record managers to send "ready to review" applications to the Director of International Student Services. It also allows for country specific evaluations to occur, and additional materials to be processed.
There are often two forms available when reviewing a record in the portal.
Move App
This allows the record to be flagged back and forth between the domestic and international portal in cases where the other teams expertise is required by submitting a form
Eval Status
This controls the overall movement of the record and has three main options
Evaluation Completed: Everything has been completed on the record and it is ready for colleges to review
Ready for Evaluation: Sends the record over to the International Credential Review workflow to be processed.
Still needs Additional Materials: Allows for additional material checklist items to be placed on the student record directly from this form, and automatically sends them an email notifying them of what is needed.
