This section details how to access TeamDynamix, whether as a client, or as a ticketing agent. It also includes information about desktops, an information display tool within TDNext that provides visual insights for ticketing agents.
Accessing TeamDynamix Portals
TeamDynamix has two portals, the Client Portal and TDNext.
- TDX's Client Portalis the hub for users to submit tickets and find TDX help resources like the service catalog or knowledge base pages.
- You can access the Client Portal by navigating to help.ohio.edu
.
- TDNextis the application suite that ticketing agents use to create, organize, and work on tickets.
- You can access TDNext as a ticketing agent with your OHIO ID and password via single sign-on on help.ohio.edu

- Once signed in, select your namein the upper right corner.
- In the drop down menu, select TDNext.
Accessing the Ticketing Application (TDNext)
Once you've logged in to TDNext
:
- Select the Application Menu (green waffle icon) in the top left corner of the TDNext home page.
- Select Tickets.

Desktops: Visualizing Information
A Desktop is an information display tool within TDNext that provides visual insights of key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and key data points to monitor the health of the organization’s work as it relates to the user. The TeamDynamix Desktops are customizable and can include numerous modules and reports in a variety of layouts.
Where to Find Desktops
Desktops in the TDNext interface appear when logging into TDNext. After you've logged into TDNext, you'll find the main Desktop tab and any other desktops that have been assigned to you in the top menu bar.
