Editing a Ticket

Description

This article provides information and steps to take when editing tickets in TDNext, the technician application of TeamDynamix.

Environment

Solution 

In order to edit a ticket, you will need to:

  1. Log in to  TDNext  with your OHIO email and password.

  2. Select the  Applications Menu (the green chart icon in the upper left).

  3. Select  Tickets.

  4. Locate the ticketvia provided filters or searches.

  5. Select the title of the ticketyou wish to edit from the tickets list.

  6. Select the  Edit button at the top of the page.

  7. Modify ticket information as needed and once complete, select the Savebutton at the top of the window.

Outcome:You are now able to edit tickets in TDNext.
