We are pleased to announce several user experience and interface enhancements to BobcatBUY that will go live on Monday, July 14, 2025. These updates aim to improve clarity, navigation, and workflow efficiency across multiple document types and functions.
Updated Approval Action Labels
To provide greater clarity and consistency across the system, the following changes have been made to approval action labels:
- “Assign to Myself”has been renamed to “Assign & Further Actions”to indicate that users can take additional actions beyond assigning a document to themselves.
- “Approve & Show Next”is now labeled “Approve/Complete & Show Next.”
These updates apply to Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Payment Request Forms.
ERP Validation Message Enhancements
The visibility and placement of ERP validation messages have been improved for a more intuitive experience:

ERP validation messages are now located on the left side of the page, directly under the tab headings (previously located on the right under the cart icon).

Any validation errorspreviously found under the Historytab have been moved to the Summarytab, making them easier to locate and address.
Homepage User Interface (UI) Updates
A few minor adjustments have been made to the homepage layout:
- The “Go to:” linkshave been repositioned to the left side above the Shopping Searcharea for better visibility and accessibility.
