From May 4-10, 2025, WellWorks will offer one free week to current Ohio University employees who are currently not members. This is a great time to explore all that WellWorks has to offer before committing to a membership.
Ohio University employees can take advantage of this free week by using one of the options below:
- Option 1: In-Person.Stop by the WellWorks front desk (Grover Center E124, Athens) during regular business hours from May 4 - May 10 and we’ll help you activate your 1-week free membership!

Option 2: Online.Current Ohio University employees can log-in to the WellWorks portal (use SSO to log-in to your employee account). Navigate to Memberships and select “OU Employee Free Week.” Use coupon code FREEWEEK during checkout. This option will not appear in the portal until May 4.
Note: WellWorks regularly offers this employee Free Week. Though, this offer is only valid twice per eligible individual. If you have previously participated in Free Week more than once, this coupon code will register as invalid. After your two trial weeks, we hope you choose to join us as a Member !
