The CTRU is a fee-based, service unit that acts as a centralized resource to support research with human subjects. CTRU services are available for OHIO faculty-led projects and university staff initiatives. Student involvement as part of a faculty- or staff-led research team is encouraged. The mission of the CTRU is to provide research services for all stages of clinical research, from idea development to final reporting. The CTRU has the expertise to provide qualitative and quantitative, study physician, nursing, project management, and research assistant or recruitment support. Additional services and training may be available. Investigators are strongly encouraged to involve the CTRU as early as possible when planning their research.
