Course Registration

Ohio University is not currently accepting applications for new student enrollment in print-based programs. In December 2024, Ohio University announced a new partnership with Adams State University that expands educational opportunities for its Correctional Education students. This collaboration with  Adams State University’s Prison Education Program  (ASU-PEP) underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional academic resources and support systems. Through this partnership, students can transfer their OHIO credits to complete their degree at Adams State University or complete Adams State University Prison Education Program courses to complete their Ohio University degree.

This form is used for all non-Correctional Education student extension requests; Correctional Education students should use this form for the second and third extension requests.
