Professional Experience
Glenn E. Corlett, J.D., CPA is a consultant and corporate director. Corlett serves on the boards of Copernicus Therapeutics, Inc., Rocky Brands, Inc., Grange Insurance Companies, Preformed Line Products, Inc., Integrity Insurance Company, and Palmer-Donavin Manufacturing Corporation.
Corlett is Dean Emeritus of the College of Business at Ohio University. He was Dean of the College from July 1, 1997 to June 30, 2007. He was awarded the University’s Medal of Merit in 1991. He served on the board of The National Alumni Association from 1979 until 1986 and as its President from 1982 to 1984. He is an Emeriti Trustee of The Ohio University Foundation and served as a trustee of the Foundation from 1986 to 1995. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Cutler Scholar Program and is a board member of the Bobcat Club.
Prior to joining Ohio University, Corlett was executive vice president and chief operating officer for N.W. Ayer, an international advertising agency, headquartered in New York City. Prior to joining Ayer, Corlett had a long history with Price Waterhouse, serving as partner-in-charge of the merger and acquisition department in New York and holding various partner and staff positions in Atlanta, Cleveland, Denver and New York.
Corlett also completed the Advanced Management Program at Duke University in 1983.
