Biography
Tracy has more than 11 years of experience coaching students and professionals in career and life design in two-year and four-year academic settings to excel in areas of program, workshop, and career curriculum development and execution; training and development of career coaches, graduate and undergraduate peer coaches; and, developing meaningful relationships with various stakeholders interested in developing talent pipelines. Tracy has worked with students from a wide-array of programs and majors. She also has more than 15 years professional, entrepreneurial experience gained in the small business development, communications and marketing, and web design and consulting sectors.
