Biography

Gabe Giordano is O'Bleness Professor of Analytics and Information Systems and Associate Dean of Graduate and Professional Programs in the College of Business. In his role he oversees graduate degree programs, graduate certificates, and executive education programs. Previously, he taught in graduate programs at the top ranked IESE Business School in Spain, and in undergraduate courses as a doctoral student at Florida State University. He also worked in the custom business research industry for a unit of WPP in Phoenix. His research looks at cybersecurity training, virtual work and collaboration, computer-mediated deception, and leadership strategies for transformational IT projects. His work is in top academic and industry publications, and it has been reported about by major media outlets. Gabe also collaborates with businesses on research in these areas, and he has worked with organizations in the automotive manufacturing, insurance, airport management, and IT-services areas.
