Jim is a former Technology Group Executive at PNC Financial Services. He directed the development of technical key performance indicator trends and business forecasts, aligning technology capabilities, delivering critical project deployments and fostering strategic partnerships with many lines of business. Jim was also responsible for facilitating effective management of technology and systems risk governance for the Corporate & Institutional Bank. Prior to joining PNC, Jim held executive IT positions at KeyCorp where he was responsible for delivering appropriate technology and operational solutions to support various business units, Client Services, Risk Management and Enterprise Technology Operations. He has over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry. Jim has been an active supporter of Ohio University attending career fairs, recruiting interns and graduating seniors from the College of Business. In addition to his professional experience, Jim served as President of the Society of Telecommunications Professionals, Risk Management Association – Northern Ohio Chapter President; President of the Holy Name Society/St. Mary’s Men’s Club and is on the Program Advisory Committee at Remington College. Married, he and his wife Debbie reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area and have two grown children.
