Bio

Markus Broman is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Ohio University. He has seven years of prior experience as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Syracuse University. His research is focused on asset management, investments, institutional investors, and international finance and has been published in leading finance journals, including the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Markets, and the Financial Review. Broman is a recipient of the CFA Society & Hillsdale Canadian Investment Research Award (2019). He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2015.
