The Center for Intervention Research in Schools (CIRS) offers summer camp opportunities for students in different age groups to help them get a jump-start on the school year while providing a fun, social and recreational environment.
- Camp Boost – Available to children between the ages of 6 – 12
- Camp Mini-Boost – Offered to children entering kindergarten
Camp Boost
July 29 – Aug. 16, 2024
Camp Boost is open to all children between the ages of 6 – 12, but space will be reserved for children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). There are 60 spots available for campers.
Spots are offered on a first-come first-served basis for families that submit complete applications by the deadline.

Camp Boost is a three week summer camp typically offered late-July – mid-August.
The summer 2024 dates are July 29 – Aug. 16. Application deadline for 2024 Camp Boost coming soon!
- Hours:8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Location:Ohio University Athens campus
- Cost of the three-week camp:$360-$480 per child (depending on sliding scale)
