Facilities Use Request

Welcome!

Ohio University Eastern offers a variety of meeting rooms, promotional spaces, multi-purpose event area, and outdoor venues that can be reserved for meetings, conferences, banquets, galas and much more.

All users of Ohio University Eastern's facilities must adhere to university rules, regulations, and policies, as well as applicable state and federal laws, including fire and police department regulations.

During the academic year, Ohio University Eastern's facilities prioritize events and activities for students, faculty, and staff. All requests (both university-affiliated and non-affiliated) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided there is available space, staffing, and resources.
