Expert Bio

Andzulis has worked extensively in the field of business, specializing in sales strategy, technology, social selling and business process reengineering. He’s worked in several industries including pharmaceutical, fire protection design, engineering consulting, defense and insurance industries, where he’s used his expertise to analyze and advance the businesses and their sales. He’s previously worked for Kemper Insurance Companies as a fire protection engineer responsible for large industrial and hospital ‘highly protected risk’ clients in MI, IN, OH and KY.

His work as a business and planning analyst in the finance department at Boeing, assigned initially to the Future Combat Systems program, and later to Army Systems business planning led him to gaining valuable experience in financial strategy and planning which he’s carried into his teaching. He’s also worked for Nationwide Insurance as a Senior Business Consultant in the Sales organization.

With a specialization in sales and strategy research, he joined the faculty of Louisiana State University (LSU) to research and teach sales and sales management and helped launch the LSU Professional Sales Institute (PSI).

Andzulis attended Penn State University where he graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He also completed his MBA in Corporate Management at Villanova University, his MS in Finance from Temple University and his Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Alabama.

He’s coauthored articles in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (JAMS), Business Ethics Quarterly (BEQ), Journal of Service Research (JSR), Journal of Business Research (JBR), Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management (JPSSM), Journal of Business Logistics (JBL), and the Journal for the Advancement of Marketing Education (JAME), among others. I also coauthored a chapter on e-Services in a book that was released in 2013.
