- Complete the 2024-2025 Continuing Student Scholarship Application
- All students can begin completing the 2024-2025 Continuing Student Scholarship Application November 1. The deadline is February 1, 2024.

2024 Incoming Freshmen
- Early Action Admission Deadline
- Students must have submitted a complete admissions application by November 15 for priority scholarship consideration.
December 2023
All Students
- Complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA
- Complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA beginning in December 2023 using 2022 tax data.
Upon Applying to OHIO
2024 Incoming Freshmen
- Activate your OHIO ID
- Activate your OHIO ID to access your OHIO e-mail and the housing contract. Your birth date and personal identification (PID) number are all you need to activate your online OHIO access.
January 1, 2024
All Students
- Complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA , if not previously completed.
- Complete the FAFSA beginning in December. FAFSA results should be received by OHIO's first-priority consideration date of April 1.

- Submit Housing Contract/Commuter Exemption Form
- Submitting the housing contract or commuter exemption form confirms your intent to enroll at OHIO. The deadline to confirm your intent is May 15.

- Choose from a variety of dining plan options.

- Pay Housing Deposit
- Pay the $200 housing deposit soon to retain any scholarships you have been offered and to secure 2024-2025 residence hall placement.

Continuing Students
- Continuing Student Scholarship Application Deadline
- All continuing students must complete the Continuing Student Scholarship application by February 1.

2024 Incoming Freshmen
- Register for Bobcat Student Orientation
- Register online beginning in February to attend a session of Bobcat Student Orientation.

2024 Incoming Freshmen
- OHIO's 2024-2025 First-Priority FAFSA Consideration Date
- Priority financial aid offers are provided to students whose FAFSA results are received at OHIO by April 15.
- Updated GPA and/or Test Score Receipt Deadline
- Revised credentials, including GPA and ACT/SAT, if you choose to submit test scores, will be used for scholarship consideration if received by April 15.

- Financial Aid Offers Mailed
- Initial freshmen Financial Aid Offers are mailed to students beginning in April.

Continuing and Transfer Students
- Upperclass/Graduate/Transfer Financial Aid Notifications
- Continuing undergraduate, new transfer, and all graduate student Aid Offers are expected to be available in May. Check your To Do List to ensure all requirements are met.

- Request final high school transcripts be sent to Undergraduate Admissions .

- OHIO's 2024-2025 First Priority FAFSA Consideration Date - Transfer Students
- Incoming transfer students must be admitted and complete the FAFSA by May 15 to be considered for first-priority financial aid.

- All students should review the To-Do List on the OHIO Student Center and complete any requirements listed.

- Review Undergraduate/Graduate Catalog
- All students must review the Undergraduate or Graduate Catalog annually to stay up-to-date on University policies.
- Review Student Code of Conduct
- All students must review the Student Code of Conduct annually.
- Review Financial Aid Resources
- Make sure to review the Consumer Information to be aware of your rights and responsibilities as a student. Student loan borrowers review the Student Loan Code of Conduct.

2024 Incoming Freshmen
- Attend Bobcat Student Orientation
- 2024 Bobcat Student Orientation is offered in June.
July 2024
All Students
- View Student Financial Account
- Student financial account balances are due August 21. Any unpaid balances are charged a 1.5% late fee assessed on the balance remaining each month after the 21st.
- Enroll in Monthly Payment Plan
- Students wishing to divide the account balance over three equal monthly payments may enroll in the monthly payment plan.
- Complete Alcohol Edu and Review Sexual Assault Education Programs
- Incoming students are required to complete Alcohol Educ and review the sexual assault education materials prior to coming to campus. All students should review this information annually.

- Fall Semester Move-In
- Fall move-in times are scheduled according to class rank and last name.

- Fall Semester Account Balance Due Date
- Student financial account balances are due August 21. Any unpaid balances are charged a 1.5% late fee assessed on the balance remaining each month after the 21st.
