Summer semester begins the financial aid year at Ohio University. If you have been offered financial aid, check your MyOHIO Student Center to see if your aid is already being applied toward summer semester.

Satisfactory Academic Progress
Ohio University is required to monitor the academic progress of all students to ensure financial aid recipients are maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). A student's cumulative grade point average, successful course completion percentage, and progression toward degree completion are reviewed annually after spring semester grades are available. Students must be found to be meeting SAP requirements in order to continue receiving financial aid for all future academic years. The financial aid academic year begins with the summer semester each year. Please visit the link below to review the Ohio University SAP Policy.
