Aperio is a digital microscope program, accessible online, which enables students to examine histology slides assigned to them by instructors. Histology slides contain both the image of the slide and embedded annotations added by instructors pointing out key structures.
On campus, Aperio can be accessed via the following address: https://aperio.ohio.edu . Off campus, Aperio must be accessed via Ohio University Virtual Desktop (Students and/or faculty) or VPN3 connection (faculty only).
