The OHIO Business Service Center’s annual report is now available. The report highlights achievements in process improvement and customer service, shares partner insights and provides metrics on how the center is doing.
“We know this initiative is still relatively new, but we have had a lot of achievements this year we wanted to share. We would like to thank our campus partners who have trusted us to provide these new and improved services,” said Heather Krugman, executive director of the Business Service Center.
Goals for next year include improving additional processes, implementing and tracking metrics on a new intake system, looking at possible automations with the help of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and the Finance F.A.S.T. team, and continuing to transition new units into the service center.
