The Ohio University Community is invited to celebrate Earth Day with Culinary Services on Monday, April 22.
From noon until 2 p.m. on Monday, special Earth Day dishes will be served at Nelson Court, The District, Life is Sweet, Latitude 39, West 82, and Jefferson Marketplace.
The skilled chefs at each of these venues will come together with the Culinary Services cooks to make a delicious plant-based recipe that they love for the Menus of Change initiative.
The menu items will include Chickpea Butter Mikhani, Veggie Protein Bowls, Chocolate and Avocado Mousse cups, Cowboy Caviar Potato Fritters, Beef and Vegetable Kare Kare, and many more delicious items. For
